Eric grew up in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas where he spent a good deal of time on his aunt, uncle, and grandparents farms. It was there he gained a love of being outside and appreciation of fresh home-grown food. After a 10-year career in the field of finance and accounting, Eric decided to pursue his dream of organic farming. motivational talks to the farm chicken flock in hopes of increasing egg productivity. He is also know as the mini-tiller. When given a hoe and an area of the garden to cultivate, he is more efficient than a tractor. Finn is 3 years old and is the farm “taste tester”. He enjoys eating anything fresh and raw from the garden, especially before it has been washed off (good thing it’s organic). Finn has discovered both okra and sweet corn taste excellent fresh and uncooked straight from the garden. |
